We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships. This role will be instrumental in developing and scaling our Affiliate Program by recruiting, nurturing, and empowering affiliates and strategic partners and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a partnership plan aligned with Nabo’s growth objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates, ensuring their experience is seamless and rewarding.
• Conduct outreach campaigns to identify new partners and maintain strong relationships with current ones.
• Recruit new brands to offer affiliate marketing services - stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new partnership opportunities that ensure a steady flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline.
• Monitor and analyze and optimize partner performance, providing actionable insights and fostering strategies to maximize results.

Qualifications:

• You possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree
• Fluent English – Native or near-native proficiency
• Relevant Experience: 1+ years managing partnerships, affiliate programs, or business development, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relationship Building: Ability to establish, nurture, and grow meaningful business relationships.
• Data Proficiency: Analytical mindset with experience evaluating performance metrics and leveraging insights.
• Organizational Skills: Strong project management capabilities to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
